  • USP’s IVR is fast and easy.
  • Most calls stay in the IVR, but if a customer needs assistance, we have a Oklahoma-based Customer Care Center.
  • As with other USP channels, daily payments are consolidated in reporting and settlement.

Accounting

U.S. Payments balances all channels daily and generates a summary report. Reporting and settlement include all of the previous day’s cash, check, and card transactions, even if cash is still in the kiosks.

Client Services

USP’s dedicated staff assists with questions and issues. Our
Client console offers access to research transactions or submit a
research request for specific payments.

Nuts & Bolts

Support

USP remotely monitors all kiosks and has 24x7 On-Call support staff. Should issues arise, USP will troubleshoot remotely and if on-site maintenance is required, USP dispatches a local technician.

IT

USP processes payments in real time and can interface with many Customer Information Systems. Our U.S. Based software team will develop an interface based on your API.
